- Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent payment. In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Payments
All online transactions are securely processed through third-party PCI-compliant payment gateways, including Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Custom Orders
- Shipping: We ship across the United States. Shipping rates, custom freight fees, and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout or showroom inquiry.
- Custom Orders: Custom rug orders, cleaning, or repairs require a specific service contract. Custom-designed rugs cannot be cancelled or returned once weaving has commenced.
6. Returns and Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our curated rugs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of an in-stock rug, please review our return policy or contact our Wilton showroom within 14 days of delivery to request an authorization. Returned rugs must be in their original condition, clean, and securely wrapped for freight transport. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the rug was delivered damaged or incorrect.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, high-resolution rug photography, custom graphics, logos, layouts, and software—is the property of Palace Oriental Rugs of Wilton, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
